Consumer correspondence and reports

  • HPV Vaccination Completion statements: The Register has already commenced mailing out HPV Vaccination completion statements to girls and young women in states where the bulk of their data has been uploaded (with the exception of NT).
  • HPV Vaccination History statements: These will be mailed out to girls within the schools program, whose courses are incomplete. The timing of this is dependent upon the completeness of the HPV vaccination data uploads from the school programs, but is expected to commence soon. 
  • HPV Vaccination Statistical reports: The first release of statistical reports has commenced for State and Territory Health Authorities. If you require information please contact the Register.
