Online Access for General Practitioners

On line access to the HPV Register has now been given to general practitioners who requested it at the time of registration. Access to the Register’s secure web site will enable general practitioners to:

• Search the live national HPV Register data base to view a patient’s HPV vaccination history
• Access and view their HPV vaccination notification payment statements and summaries
• Access and view HPV vaccination Overdue Dose reports

Note that the above reports will only be provided to general practitioners electronically, so on line access will be required to view them.

A letter containing a user name, instructions for logging in and a quick reference guide, will be posted to all general practitioners who have requested on line access. To enhance security, passwords will be e-mailed separately. General practitioners who have not received their user name or password should contact the HPV Register on 1800 478 734 (1800 HPV REG).
General practitioners who have already registered with the HPV Register, but would like to request on-line access should complete an Update General Practitioner Registration Details form. Please do not submit another GP Registration form if you have already registered.
