Overdue Dose reports

The Register is releasing Overdue Dose reports, on a state-by-state basis (to most states).  Overdue Dose reports list consumers for whom the HPV Register has less than 3 doses recorded and who are overdue.  Reports will be available on-line to approved vaccination providers.

Providers with on-line access will receive an email from the Registry when their Overdue Dose reports are available, and they will need to logon and download them.  Vaccination details listed on Overdue Dose reports should be reviewed to prompt submission of missing data, or correct errors.
