The HPV Register team is moving to new premises

On Friday 2nd May 2014 the HPV Register team is relocating to new premises. Our phone, fax, email and postal addresses will remain the same, but we will now be situated at: Level 6, 176 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne 3002 Victoria. You may experience some minimal disruption to our phone and fax service over the next few business days, but we expect our service to resume as normal soon. We thank you for your patience.
