The National HPV Vaccination Program Register (NHVPR) routinely provides the following coverage data at the national and state and territory level. Small area coverage data is regularly released for publication to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) and PHIDU at Torrens University for the online Social Health Atlases. National (Australia) HPV 3 dose vaccination coverage for adolescents turning 15 years of age
This report shows vaccination coverage with three doses of human papillomavirus vaccine for adolescents turning 15 years of age by year for each state and territory. The accompanying table also shows HPV vaccination coverage by dose number (1, 2 or 3) for each state and territory. Vaccination will have been provided in the preceding years (varying slightly by state and territory due to varying age of high school commencement) and this measure provides the cumulative coverage achieved by age 15 for each cohort. Coverage data for males is only available from 2013 when they were included in the NHVPR program routinely at age 12-13, with a catch up program for males aged 14-15 years delivered in 2013 and 2014.

This report shows vaccination coverage with three doses of human papillomavirus vaccine for all females adolescents turning 15 years of age since 2007 by state and territory and male adolescents turning 15 years of age since 2013 by state and territory. For the routine program cohorts (2009 onwards for females, 2015 onwards for males), vaccination will have been provided in the preceding years (varying slightly by state and territory due to varying age of high school commencement) and this measure provides the cumulative coverage achieved by age 15 for each cohort. Coverage for males is only available from 2013 when they were included in the NHVPR program routinely at age 12-13, with a catch up program for males aged 14-15 years delivered in 2013 and 2014.
